全球设计高峰会

于2019年12月30日 9:30am在上海虹桥迎宾馆隆重开幕!


会议邀请全球设计领袖齐聚一堂,共同在上海设计高峰论坛发声,让“上海设计10x10”的全球合作平台发生更好的促进作用。













怀抱着让设计成为欧洲成长和繁荣驱动力的愿景,欧洲设计协会(BEDA)拥有来自欧洲27 个国家、共50 个成员组织。BEDA 的成员包括设计推广中心、于国内或区域推广设计的公共资助组织、以及整个欧洲地区的专业设计师协会。专业协会代表著横跨欧洲各国约莫40 万名设计师,他们来自各方各面的设计专业领域,从工业设计到室内设计,还包括数位媒体设计、品牌及策略设计。为欧洲居民带来更好的生活,是驱动BEDA 努力深耕的关键。BEDA 持续设法找出影响政策的方式,也提升了设计作为商业工具之重要性的意识。拥有稳健的知识背景,BEDA 希望让世人看见设计之于改善竞争力的帮助,也希望成为欧洲产业永续变化的促成者。BEDA 持续担任能够为欧洲创新及创意政策规划带来深远影响的角色,同时也努力推广设计成为工业及社会创新的工具。






印度工业联合会(CII)希望通过提供咨询和协商服务,创造并维持有利于印度的工业、政府以及民间社会共同发展的良好环境。


CII是一个非政府,非营利,行业主导并实现行业管理的组织,在印度的发展过程中发挥了积极作用。作为印度首屈一指的商业协会,CII成立于1895年,目前有来自私营和公共部门(包括SME和MNC)的9100多名成员,并间接地为来自291个国家和地区性行业机构——共30万多家企业,提供服务。






香港设计总会于2000年成立,旨在联结香港各大设计协会及院校,其中包括英国特许设计师协会(香港)、香港设计师协会、香港工业总会(香港设计委员会)、香港时装设计师协会、香港室内设计协会、香港各大设计院校代表等,以提升香港设计的专业水平。同时,香港设计总会亦参与香港设计中心的管理工作,为设计中心的营运及研发活动筹款及拨款。









德国品牌设计委员会是在设计领域全球领先的国家级沟通和推广机构之一,主要任务是促进全球合作、授予设计奖项、编辑专业设计出版物、设计战略咨询、组织全球会议和展览。1953年由德国联邦议会通过决议发起,德国工业协会推动,为了满足企业、政治和研究对设计的需求在德国法兰克福设立的非盈利性基金会。德国设计委员会为企业的设计和品牌战略层面提供了可持续性的竞争优势。







新加坡设计业总商会(DBCS)成立于1985年,是全国首屈一指的跨学科设计协会。作为一个由来自不同背景的商界领袖、从业人员和学术专家组成的充满活力的社区,协会相信多元化的设计方法是在当今全球市场上获得竞争优势的关键。作为在商业中应用设计的倡导者,DBCS致力于通过在本地和全球环境中的跨界合作来提高专业实践的标准并创造商机。我们为了通过设计、创新和技术促进业务转型而存在。


DBCS的主要活动和竞赛包括-新加坡优良设计标志奖(SG Mark),新加坡设计奖,Design Kitchen和Design Crawl(体验式知识共享课程)。






设计创作支持中心

株式会社名古屋国际设计中心

株式会社名古屋国际设计中心旨在通过与各种设计相关的企业进行合作,以促进地区工业与文化的发展,并发挥信息传播中心枢纽的作用,为全球社会做出相应贡献。


“创意闭环商店”是一个鼓励创业与商业发展的空间,是为创作者提供尝试并实现其梦想的场地。该空间命名为“闭环”,被设计成为一个基于市场模式的商店,以表示在创作者与用户之间形成交流闭环。评审委员会将每年筛选一次空间的租户,以鼓励他们在为期11个月的日子中开展其业务。该项目于2011年开始运营,由名古屋市成立。









国际设计社团协会 (ico-D)成立于1963年(前身为国际平面设计社团协会Icograda),本协会为非营利组织,藉由促进专业范畴、教育范畴与商业范畴会员间的交流而激发出顶尖的创造力。其核心价值与愿景落实在ico-D会员间相互合作上的优势,其会员为专业人士、跨领域组织、设计师等。其会员的交流相互作用,著重于当代社会的观点思考与串联全球及当地的多元社团。ico-D同时致力于推广杰出的设计力与支持设计力作为推动社会的重要媒介。






2003年 台湾创意设计中心成立。

2005年 TDC设置“国家设计奖”,为金点设计奖年度最佳设计奖的前身。

2007年 TDC协助台北市争取到2011世界设计大会的主办权,为全球3大设计社团组织(Icsid、Icograda及IFI)正式组成全球设计联盟(International Design Alliance, IDA)后的第1次世界设计大会。

2009年 “国家设计奖”正式更名为“金点设计奖”。

2011年 TDC成立全球华人第一座以“设计”为展览主轴的专业博物馆“台湾设计馆”;并办理全球首次“台北世界设计大会暨台北世界设计大展”。

2013年 TDC协助台北市获选为「2016世界设计之都」(World Design Capital ®,WDC)。

2015年 “金点设计奖”品牌调整,分为“金点设计奖”、“金点概念设计奖”、“金点新秀设计奖”,建立奖项系列品牌形象。

2018年  整合旗下营运的“台湾设计馆”、“不只是图书馆”、“设计点”以及“美国创新中心”四个服务场域,纳入展演交流、设计阅读、创意实作和风格选物等生活议题,定名为“松菸口”。






澳门设计师协会成立于1986年5月18日,是一个由平面设计师、产品设计师、室内设计师、网页设计师、商业摄影师、插画师等专业人士组成的综合专业及非牟利文化艺术团体。卅多年来为澳门“团结设计精英、维护业界利益、提升专业水平、促进对外交流”孜孜不倦地努力。早于1994年,现代设计概念尚未被澳门市场所认识,协会在没有任何官方机构资助的情况下,成功举办本澳首次大型的综合性设计比赛-“第一届澳门设计双年展”。


“澳门设计双年展”迄今已成功举办了十二届,对业内及社会起着积极的影响,澳门的设计水平显著进步,新的创作意念及思维不断地涌现,展示了澳门设计师们的创作才华。双年展更于2019年双年展正式改名为“澳门设计大奖”,以重新定位期望进一步扩大比赛与展览的影响力及提升澳门整体的设计水平。






世界设计组织(WDO)™是非营利国际组织,前身为国际工业设计社团协会(Icsid),以推广工业设计为目标,并推广透过工业设计生产更优良的产品、系统、服务及体验的能力;藉此建立更良好的企业与产业,最终成就更完善的环境与社会。自1957 年成立以来,WDO 从12 个创始的设计专业协会,成长到至今有来自40 个国家、超过160 个会员组织,集体协力合作并提供能够让全球听见彼此的机会。2015 年10 月的WDO 大会,所有成员一致同意通过新的愿景与使命,并同意将组织名称改为现在的“世界设计组织”。世界设计组织拥有联合国特别谘询地位。








“上海设计10×10”是上海美术学院在“上海设计”概念上延伸的展览项目,以“建构平台”“汇聚 能量”“相互砥砺”“共创未来”为理念,集结遍布世界各地、历史悠久、跨越大洲、拥有顶级影 响力的设计大赛组织及设计机构,每两年分别举办“上海设计10×10全球大奖展”“上海设计10×10全球设计组织高峰会”。


意在搭建全球设计交流平台,立足上海、放眼全球,提升上海设计之都“上海设计”的全球影 响力。透过展览、论坛、出版等不同维度,建构连结全球设计“大赛×大奖×大师×大作”的最佳 平台,形塑全球设计大奖交流互动的顶级殿堂。同时,与世界顶尖设计大赛组织及设计机构建 立合作关系,汇聚全球设计精华。

The conference invites global design leaders to gather together to share at the Shanghai Design Summit Forum, so that the "Shanghai Design 10x10" global cooperation platform will be better promoted.











The Bureau of European Design Associations (BEDA)

Boasts 46 members from 28 member states in Europe. Members can be design promotion centers and other publicly funded organisations that promote design nationally or regionally as well as professional and trade associations for designers from across Europe. Those professional associations represent some 400,000 designers from across Europe in every discipline of work from industrial design and interiors to digital design and branding. BEDA is a not-for-profit organisation funded in its entirity by its members. It is run by a board of directors elected by its membership every two years. It also elects a President and Vice President every two years. BEDA is headquartered in Brussels.





The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) works to create and sustain an environment conducive to the development of India, partnering industry, Government, and civil society, through advisory and consultative processes.


CII is a non-government, not-for-profit, industry-led and industry-managed organization, playing a proactive role in India's development process. Founded in 1895, India's premier business association has more than 9100 members, from the private as well as public sectors, including SMEs and MNCs, and an indirect membership of over 300,000 enterprises from 291 national and regional sectoral industry bodies.






Hong Kong Federation of Design Associations (FHKDA)

The Hong Kong Federation of Design Associations (FHKDA) was founded in 2000 to connect major design associations and design schools in Hong Kong, including the Chartered Society of Designers (Hong Kong), the Hong Kong Designers Association, the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (Design Council of Hong Kong), the Hong Kong Fashion Designers Association, the Hong Kong Interior Design Association, and representatives of major design schools in Hong Kong, with a view to improving the level of professional design in Hong Kong. The FHKDA also manages the Hong Kong Design Center, and raises and appropriates funds for its operations and development.









German Design Council is one of the world's leading national organizations for communication and promotion in the field of design. Its main function is to promote international cooperation, award design awards, edit professional design publications, design strategic consulting, and organize international conferences and exhibitions. A non-profit foundation, which was launched and approved by Deutscher Bundestag  in 1953, was established to satisfy the needs of business, politics and research for design in Frankfurt . The Council provides a sustainable competitive advantage for companies in terms of design and brand strategy.







Established since 1985, Design Business Chamber Singapore (DBCS) is the nation’s premier multidisciplinary design chamber.


As a dynamic community of business leaders, practitioners, and academia from diverse backgrounds, the Chamber believes that a pluralistic design approach is the key to gaining a competitive edge in today’s global market. A champion of applying design in business, DBCS seeks to raise the standard of professional practices and create business opportunities through cross-collaborations in local and international contexts. We exist to facilitate Business transformation through Design, Innovation & Technology.


Key initiatives of DBCS include - the Singapore Good Design (SG Mark), Singapore Design Awards, Design Kitchen and Design Crawl (an experiential knowledge-sharing session).






Hub of Support for Design Creation

International Design Center NAGOYA

In addition to working for the promotion of local industry and cultural development through various design-related enterprises, International Design Center NAGOYA aims to serve as a hub of information dissemination contributing to the international community.


"creators shop Loop" is a space for encouraging initiation and business development, that gives creators a place to test out their ambitious proposals in creative fields. Named "Loop" to indicate the feedback between creator and user, it was designed as a marketing-based shop. Tenants are chosen by the judging committee annually, and open businesses over an 11-month period. Established by the City of Nagoya. Operation began in 2011.









International Council of Design (ico-D)

Founded in 1963 as Icograda, the International Council of Design, ico-D, is a nonprofit, non-partisan, member- based network that leads creatively by facilitating dialogue between design platforms including professional, educational and promotional categories.






In 2003, Taiwan Design Center, TDC was established.

In 2005, TDC set up the "National Design Award", the predecessor of the Golden Pin Design Award of the year.

In 2007, TDC assisted Taipei to secure the right to host the 2011 World Design Congress. It was the first World Design Congress after the International Design Alliance (IDA) was officially formed for the three international design associations (Icsid, Icograda, and IFI). .

In 2009, the "National Design Award" was officially renamed the "Golden Pin Design Award".

In 2011, TDC established the Taiwanese Design Museum, the first professional museum in the world with "Design" as the main axis of exhibition; and handled the world's first "Taipei World Design Conference and Taipei World Design Exhibition".

In 2013, TDC assisted Taipei to be selected as the "World Design Capital ® (WDC) 2016".

In 2015, the "Golden Pin Design Award" brand adjustment was divided into "Golden Pin Design Award", "Golden Pin Concept Design Award" and "Golden Pin Rookie Design Award" to establish the brand image of the award series.

In 2018, the four service areas of " Taiwan Design Museum ", " Not Just the Library ","Design Points " and " American Innovation Center ", which were operated by it, were integrated, and included performance exchange, design reading, creative implementation and style selection The life issue was named "Songyankou".






The Macau Designers Association (MDA) was founded on 18 May 1986.It is a professional and non-profit art and cultural association comprising graphic, product, interior and web designers, as well as commercial photographers, illustrators and other creative professionals. Over the past thirty years, MDA has been sparing no effort to fulfil the mission: ‘Unite Macao designers, protect their interest, enhance professionalism and facilitate external exchange’.In 1994, when the modern concepts of design professions were not widely understood in Macao, MDA successfully held the 1st Macau Design Biennial – the first large integrated design competition in the city, without any support from official institutions. 


Over the past 11 events, the Macau Design Biennial has exerted a positive influence on the local design sector as well as society as a whole. It has brought notable improvement to local designs and inspired new creative ideas and mind-sets while showcasing the talent of local designers. In 2019, the Macau Design Biennial has been repositioned and officially renamed as the Macau Design Award, seeking to further expand the influence of its competition and exhibition as well as to raise the overall level of Macao’s design profession.






World Design Organization (WDO)™

The World Design Organization (WDO)™, formerly known as the International Council of Societies of Industrial Design (Icsid), is an international non-governmental organization that promotes the profession of industrial design and its ability to generate better products, systems, services, and experiences; better business and industry; and ultimately a better environment and society. From 12 founding professional design associations in 1957, WDO has grown to include over 160 member organizations from 40 nations, engaging them in collaborative efforts and providing them with the opportunity to be heard internationally. A renewed vision and mission was approved by the members at the general assembly in October 2015 along with an approval to change the name of the organization to World Design Organization. WDO has United Nations Special Consultative Status.








“Shanghai Design 10×10" is an exhibition project of Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts that extends the concept of "Shanghai Design", with the concept of “building the platform”, “gathering energy”, “sharpening mutually” and “creating the future together”. It brings together top design organizations and design institutions with a long history and influence across continents from all over the world to hold “Shanghai Design 10×10 International Awards Exhibition” or “Shanghai Design 10×10 Global Design Summit” every two years.


This project aims to build an international design exchange platform and enhance the international influence of “Shanghai Design” standing on China and embracing world. The aim is to build a global design exchange platform and enhance the global influence of Shanghai Design, the design capital of Shanghai based on Shanghai and embracing the world. By exhibitions, forums, publications and other dimensions, it will build the best platform to connect global design "competition & award &master & masterpiece", and shape the top hall for global design award exchange and interaction. At the same time, it has established cooperation with the world's top design competition organizations and design institutions to gather the essence of global design.
