会议邀请全球设计领袖齐聚一堂,共同在上海设计高峰论坛发声,让“上海设计10×10”的全球合作平台发生更好的促进作用。













2019年12月30日上午9点30分,2019“上海设计10×10”全球设计高峰会在上海虹桥迎宾馆隆重开幕。当天,来自全球10个设计机构的代表们为我们带来了精彩的演讲,分享了他们的机构文化、设计观念以及卓越成就。





自前一年成功举办“上海设计10×10全球大奖展”,上海美术学院吸引世界优秀设计在上海发生,让上海设计在全世界发声的脚步便不曾停歇。此次2019“上海设计10×10”全球设计高峰会自筹备以来便受到了国内外设计界的极大关注,当天到达现场的观众除上海美院的师生外,还有许多国内外的设计同行慕名而来,乘兴而归,可以说“上海设计10×10”的平台作用与品牌效应正在逐步显现。

上午10点,高峰会的开幕式正式开始,开幕式由上海大学上海美术学院副院长陈青教授主持。上海大学上海美术学院执行院长汪大伟教授首先代表主办方致欢迎辞,他表示上海有着“海纳百川、追求卓越、开明睿智、大气谦和”的城市精神,上海大学上海美术学院将秉承这种城市精神,在设计方面更好地实践“对外开放与交流”,增进“上海设计”的整体水平,提升“上海设计”的国际影响力。接着,本届“上海设计10×10”总策划——林磐耸教授介绍了“上海设计10×10”的建设初衷与目标,并回顾了2018年“上海设计10×10全球大奖展”的举办情况,去年的展览邀请到了全球10个顶级设计大赛的共计100件作品,可以说是一个“空前”的盛会。

论坛上午场,由台湾设计联盟理事长、亚洲大学讲座教授林磐耸先生主持。

WDO世界设计组织会长Srini R. Srinivasan首先发表了演讲,他介绍了组织的核心价值,组织希望实现可持续发展、以人为本的设计,以设计作为一种社会工具,让设计有更大的社会影响力,他还介绍了WDO举办的活动或项目,诸如世界设计之都,设计日等。





香港设计总会秘书长刘小康发表演讲

香港设计总会秘书长刘小康先生接着围绕从“设计香港”到“香港设计总会”的主题进行了发言。香港设计总会在近年来积极地与国内外城市进行合作,派出了前往新加坡、首尔、杭州等城市的考察团;与深圳的合作是其发展的重点,“深港文化创意论坛”、“深港设计双年展”等一系列活动在该组织的推动下得以顺利举办。





MDA澳门设计师协会的朱焯信发表演讲

MDA澳门设计师协会朱焯信先生发言从澳门概况开始,作为一个占地仅三十多平方公里的城市,文化设计产业在澳门的产业结构中占据了重要的位置。他介绍道,澳门设计便希望从文化、旅游、体验三方面发力,在延伸品牌、餐饮、娱乐、纪念品、大型活动等领域有所建树。他还重点介绍了其组织的品牌项目——澳门设计大奖,该奖项进一步促进了协会与世界各地的设计组织与设计师的合作。





欧洲设计协会(BEDA)会长Päivi Tahkokallio发表演讲



论坛下午场由上海大学上海美术学院副院长陈青教授主持。

欧洲设计协会(BEDA)会长Päivi Tahkokallio女士首先上台,她的发言围绕设计与自然环境展开。世界各地尽管有着不同的风俗人情和历史地理条件,但是整体却是一个“人类命运共同体”,BEDA已经在欧盟这个多个国家的联合组织中做了许多的整合性设计工作。她希望能进一步扩大其设计理念的影响力,用设计来促进工业体系与社会政治制度前行。





印度国家设计院前院长Pradyumna Vyas发表演讲

印度国家设计院前院长Pradyumna Vyas先生阐述了印度的先进设计。印度是一个具有悠久历史的多元化国家,和中国一样,都正处于快速发展的阶段,他所代表的印度工业联合会便希望以工业设计来推进印度工业的发展,进一步促进印度经济的腾飞。





新加坡设计业总商会执行委员会成员叶金明发表演讲

新加坡设计业总商会执行委员会成员叶金明先生介绍道,商会认为多元化设计是当今全球市场上获得竞争优势的关键。DBCS 有望通过设计创新,促成商业转型,为设计与商业界制造合伙良机。新加坡好设计标志便是商会的主要项目,该项目通过相关奖项的颁发,以影响企业,提高不同社区的生活质量,并影响文化。





德国设计委员会中国区首席代表王磊发表演讲

德国设计委员会中国区首席代表王磊先生的演讲主题为“设计创造价值,设计、创新及人才扶持的德国实践”,他首先介绍了德国的设计文化史以及德国设计委员会的会员企业,进一步介绍了其组织的实践,在平等的基础上促进中德设计、创新互动,为中德设计师和企业构建国际设计沟通的渠道,推广设计和中国传统文化等。





名古屋国际设计中心总裁兼董事代表伊藤康之发表演讲

名古屋国际设计中心总裁兼董事代表伊藤康之对其代表的设计机构进行了详细介绍,设计中心旨在通过开展与设计相关的各项事业,作为贡献于国际社会的信息传播据点,致力于推进地区产业与文化的发展。为此,中心在过去几年中陆续开展了多次竞赛、展览与工作坊。





台湾创意设计中心董事长张基义发表演讲

台湾创意设计中心董事长张基义先生的发言题为“设计台湾”,他历数了中心的设计项目,2017台北世界大学运动会、2018台中世界花卉博览会、2019屏东台湾灯会、2019台湾文化创意设计产业博览会等。





国际设计社团协会(ico-D)会长Johnathon Strebly发表演讲

国际设计社团协会(ico-D)会长Johnathon Strebly先生压轴登场,他所代表的组织着重于图形设计的未来发展路径的探索,工业设计界的信息枢纽是他们的自身定位,组织的宗旨是以设计为媒介,营造一个经济环保、环境友好、文化多元、人人平等的美好未来。





在10位嘉宾发言完毕后,林磐耸教授进行了总结发言,他对远道而来的各位嘉宾们表示了感谢。这些精彩的演讲让他期待第二天在上海美术学院举办的第二场会议,也期待在今后的设计生涯中与各位设计领袖有更多的深入合作,共同以设计创造美好未来。







“上海设计10×10”是上海美术学院在“上海设计”概念上延伸的展览项目,以“建构平台”“汇聚 能量”“相互砥砺”“共创未来”为理念,集结遍布世界各地、历史悠久、跨越大洲、拥有顶级影 响力的设计大赛组织及设计机构,每两年分别举办“上海设计10×10全球大奖展”“上海设计10×10全球设计组织高峰会”。


意在搭建全球设计交流平台,立足上海、放眼全球,提升上海设计之都“上海设计”的全球影 响力。透过展览、论坛、出版等不同维度,建构连结全球设计“大赛×大奖×大师×大作”的最佳 平台,形塑全球设计大奖交流互动的顶级殿堂。同时,与世界顶尖设计大赛组织及设计机构建 立合作关系,汇聚全球设计精华。

The conference invites global design leaders to gather together to share at the Shanghai Design Summit Forum, so that the "Shanghai Design 10×10" global cooperation platform will be better promoted.










2019 "Shanghai Design 10×10" Global Design Summit was grandly opened at Shanghai Hongqiao State Guest Hotel at 9:30am on December 30, 2019.

On that day, representatives from 10 design institutions around the world presented wonderful speeches and shared their institutional culture, design concepts and outstanding achievements with us.





Since the "Shanghai Design 10×10 Global Awards Exhibition" was held successfully last year, the Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts has attracted the world's best design to take place in Shanghai and Shanghai design play a more and more important role in the word. The 2019 "Shanghai Design 10×10" Global Design Summit has attracted great attention from the domestic and abroad designers since its preparation. The audiences that arrived at the scene that day contained both the teachers and students of the Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts and many domestic and foreign designers. Colleagues came here admiringly and returned back with joy. It could be said that the platform function and brand effect of "Shanghai Design 10×10" were gradually emerging.





Professor Chen Qing, Deputy Dean of Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts, Shanghai University, presided over the opening session.





Professor Wang Dawei, Executive Dean of Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts, Shanghai University, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the organization.





"Shanghai Design 10×10" Chief Planner——Professor Lin Pansong presided over the first half of the forum.





At 10 o'clock , the opening ceremony of the summit began officially. The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Chen Qing, deputy dean of Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts, Shanghai University. Professor Wang Dawei, Executive Dean of Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts of Shanghai University, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the organization. He said that Shanghai has the urban spirit of "being inclusive of all rivers, pursuing excellence, enlightenment, wisdom, and humility". Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts of Shanghai University will uphold the spirit to put the concept-- opening to the outside world and exchanges--into practice better and enhance the overall level and international influence of "Shanghai Design" better. Next, the general planner of 2019 "Shanghai Design 10×10"--Professor Lin Pansong introduced the original intention and goals of "Shanghai Design 10×10" construction and reviewed the holding of the "Shanghai Design 10×10 Global Awards Exhibition" in 2018 .A total of 100 works from top10 design competitions around the world was invited last year, which could be said to be an unprecedented event.

The morning session of the forum was hosted by Lin Pansong, The Chairman of Taiwan Design Alliance and Chair Professor of Asia University.

Srini R. Srinivasan, President of WDO World Design Organization, gave a speech. He introduced the core values of the organization which hopes to achieve sustainable development and people-oriented design, and take design as a social tool to make design have a greater social impact. He also introduced some activities and projects organized by WDO, such as World Design Capital Design Day.





Liu Xiaokang, Hong Kong Design Federation Secretary General , delivered a speech.

Mr. Liu Xiaokang, Hong Kong Design Federation Secretary General, made a speech on the theme From "Design Hong Kong" to "Hong Kong Design Federation". 

Hong Kong Design Federation has been cooperating with domestic and foreign cities actively in recent years and has dispatched investigation groups to Singapore, Seoul, Hangzhou and other cities. Cooperating with Shenzhen is the focus of its development. A series of activities such as "Hong Kong Design Biennale" were successfully held under the promotion of the organization.





Zhu Zhuoxin from MDA Macau Designers Association delivered a speech.

Zhu Zhuoxin from MDA Macau Designers Association started from the overview of Macau. As a city covering only more than 30 square kilometers, the cultural design industry occupies an important position in the industrial structure of Macau. 

He introduced that Macau Design hopes to make efforts from culture, tourism and experience, and make achievements in the areas of brand extension, catering, entertainment, souvenirs, and large-scale events.He also focused on his organization's brand project-Macau Design Awards, which further promoted the association's cooperation with design organizations and designers around the world.





Päivi Tahkokallio, President of the European Design Association (BEDA), delivered a speech.



The afternoon session of the forum was presided over by Professor Chen Qing, deputy dean of Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts, Shanghai University.

Ms. Päivi Tahkokallio, the president of the European Design Association (BEDA), spoke first, and her speech focused on design and natural environment. Although there are different customs and historical and geographical conditions around the world, the whole is a "community with a shared future for mankind." BEDA has done a lot of integrated design work in the European Union--a joint organization of multiple countries. She hopes to expand the influence of her design concept further and use design to promote the advancement of the industrial system and social political system.





Pradyumna Vyas, former dean of the National Design Institute of India, delivered a speech.

Mr. Pradyumna Vyas, former dean of the National Design Institute of India, explained the advanced design in India. India is a diversified country with a long history in a stage of rapid development like China. The Federation of Indian Industries he represents hopes to promote the development of Indian industry through industrial design and promote further development of Indian economy.





Ye Jinming, member of the Executive Committee of the Singapore Chamber of Design Industry, delivered a speech.

Mr. Ye Jinming, a member of the Executive Committee of the Singapore Chamber of Design Industry, introduced that the Chamber of Commerce believes that diversified design is the key to gain a competitive advantage in today's global market. DBCS is expected to promote business transformation through design innovation and create partnership opportunities for design and business circles. The Singapore Good Design Logo is the main project of the Chamber of Commerce. The project is awarded through related awards to influence enterprises, improve the quality of life in different communities and influence culture.





Wang Lei, Chief Representative of the German Design Council in China, delivered a speech.

Mr. Wang Lei, the chief representative of the German Design Council in China, gave a speech on "The German Practice of Design Creates Value, Design, Innovation and Talent Support". He introduced the history of German design culture and the member companies of the German Design Council. Then, He introduced its practice about promoting Sino-German design and innovative interaction on an equal basis, buildsing channels for international design communication between Chinese and German designers and enterprises, and promoting design and traditional Chinese culture.





Yasuyuki Ito, President and Representative Director of Nagoya International Design Center, delivered a speech.

Yasuyuki Ito, president and representative of the board of directors of Nagoya International Design Center, gave a detailed introduction about the design institutions he represents. The design center aims to promote regional industries as a base for information dissemination that contributes to the international community through the development of various projects related to design. And cultural development. For the reason, the center has carried out many competitions, exhibitions and workshops in the past few years successfully.





Zhang Jiyi, Chairman of Taiwan Creative Design Center, delivered a speech.

Zhang Jiyi, Chairman of Taiwan Creative Design Center, gave a speech entitle--"Design Taiwan". He introduced the design projects of the center, including the 2017 Taipei World University Games, 2018 Taichung World Flower Expo, 2019 Pingtung Taiwan Lantern Festival, 2019 Taiwan Cultural Creative Design Industry Expo etc.





Johnathon Strebly, President of the International Association of Design Societies (ico-D), delivered a speech.

Johnathon Strebly ,the president of the International Association of Design Societies (ico-D), made the finale. The organization he represents focuses on the exploration of the future development path of graphic design. The information hub of the industrial design industry is their positioning, and the purpose of the organization is using design as a medium to create a better future that is economical, environmentally friendly, culturally diverse and equal for all.





After 10 guests finished their speeches, Professor Lin Pansong gave a concluding speech, and expressed his gratitude to the whole guests. These wonderful speeches made him look forward to the second meeting held at the Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts the next day. He also looks forward to having more in-depth cooperation with design leaders in the future design career and creating a better future with design jointly.







“Shanghai Design 10×10" is an exhibition project of Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts that extends the concept of "Shanghai Design", with the concept of “building the platform”, “gathering energy”, “sharpening mutually” and “creating the future together”. It brings together top design organizations and design institutions with a long history and influence across continents from all over the world to hold “Shanghai Design 10×10 International Awards Exhibition” or “Shanghai Design 10×10 Global Design Summit” every two years.


The aim is to build a global design exchange platform and enhance the global influence of Shanghai Design, the design capital of Shanghai based on Shanghai and embracing the world. By exhibitions, forums, publications and other dimensions, it will build the best platform to connect global design "competition & award &master & masterpiece", and shape the top hall for global design award exchange and interaction. At the same time, it has established cooperation with the world's top design competition organizations and design institutions to gather the essence of global design.
