The 2020 "Shanghai Design 10×10" Global Award Exhibition has been launched online on December 31, 2020. The visual design of the exhibition and the digital exhibition hall were designed by Cai Wenchao and Mei Shuzhi&702 respectively. It aims to explore the organic growth of global creative design under the epidemic situation.

The keywords "creativity", "growth", "body" and "nature" seem to belong to Jean Arp, a French artist 100 years ago, who is the defender of Dada spirit. However, one hundred years later, in the context of the COVID-19, in the design of the visual system and digital exhibition hall of the "Shanghai Design 10×10" Global Award Exhibition, these keywords use the form of abstract curves to express the contingency caused by the use of digital technology without preset themes, so as to compare the extension of natural life, which is almost the infinite growth of creativity.

The strong creativity of design comes from the call of creativity to the soul and the infinite imagination of beauty. Designers often use form to strongly affect our emotions by inducing the passion of modeling, arousing deep resonance in our hearts with the coordination of creation, and arousing various activities of our hearts and minds, so as to establish a future order standard, regardless of whether the standard is derived from sensibility or rationality. Design has become a community of perception and thinking. Designers who are familiar with the way of design often feel happy to break the shackles of thinking, to gain broader inspiration and be confident to design works with growth.

With the base of Shanghai and the global view, the events aim to build an international design exchange platform and enhance the design competitiveness of Shanghai Design Capital. We set up a virtual platform of "Shanghai Design 10 × 10" with the network as the medium, ignited the flame of design again, and connected the global design awards. We show new insights, new experiences and new thinking of global designers under the community of shared future of mankind from the perspective of products, architecture and visual communication，promoting global design to speak in Shanghai and promoting future design to happen in Shanghai!
