世界设计商业组织(WDBO)是由新加坡设计商业协会(DBCS)于2025年11月25日在新加坡共和国总统尚达曼的见证下成立的全新全球性机构。WDBO专注于设计在商业增长和经济发展中的战略作用。WDBO与全球影响力投资和创意变革公司Consulus合作创立,旨在通过设计实力指数(DPI)等工具证明设计的可量化价值,将设计定位为竞争优势中可衡量的经济要素。设计实力指数目前已被新加坡和印度两个国家采用,涵盖40家公司,总经济价值达1000亿美元。WDBO拥有一个由来自美国、欧洲和亚洲的商业、金融和设计界领袖组成的全球理事会。


张福强

张福强是Consulus集团的首席执行官,该公司是一家全球性的创意变革和影响力投资公司。他同时也是世界设计商业组织的秘书长。他曾两次在TEDx演讲,并多次在全球各地就创意变革和共融经济发表主题演讲。他是《创意变革》一书的作者,该书是世界上第一本关于变革者和变革实践的著作。

The World Design Business Organization (WDBO) is a new global body launched by Singapore's Design Business Chamber (DBCS) on 25th November 2025 in the presence of President Tharman of the Republic of Singapore. Focusing on design's strategic role in business growth and economics. WDBO, founded in partnership with global impact investment and Creative Change firm Consulus, aims to prove design's quantifiable value through tools like the Design Power Index (DPI), positioning design as a measurable economic component for competitive advantage. Design Power Index is now adopted by two countries, Singapore and India and counts 40 companies with a net economic value of USD$100 billion. WDBO has a world council of business, finance and design leaders from the US, Europe and Asia.

Lawrence is the Group CEO of Consulus, a global creative change and impact investment firm . He also serves as Secretary General of World Design Business Organization. A 2-Time TEDx speaker and global keynote speaker on creative change and the Economy of Communion. He is the author of Creative Change - the world’s first book on changemakers and changemaking.
